See the Future

✦ the crystal ball oracle ✦

The crystal ball does not lie. It merely speaks in riddles. Enter your birth sign and the hour you came into this world — the Oracle will peer into the mist and reveal what stirs in your path ahead.

✦ The Crystal Ball Speaks ✦

The ball's accuracy is not guaranteed. The ball is doing its best.

✦ On the Nature of Crystal Ball Prophecy ✦

The crystal ball has been consulted by wizards, wise women, wandering seers, and at least one very confused accountant for centuries beyond counting. The mist within does not manufacture futures — it reveals what is already gathering on the horizon, waiting for you to notice it.

Prophecy, by its nature, is imprecise. "You will cross water" could mean an ocean voyage. It could mean a puddle on a Tuesday. The crystal ball is not responsible for your interpretation, your footwear, or the depth of the puddle in question. It merely reports what it sees.

Your birth sign shapes the energy the ball reads. The hour of your birth shapes the lens through which it speaks. Together, they produce a reading that is entirely, specifically, approximately yours. Consult it with an open mind, a grain of salt, and perhaps an umbrella.

✦ How to Read Your Prophecy ✦

The most common mistake a first-time oracle visitor makes is reading their prophecy once, deciding it does not apply, and moving on. This is understandable. It is also exactly wrong.

A prophecy is not a headline. It does not announce itself clearly and wait for your applause. It arrives sideways. It lands in the corner of your awareness and sits there quietly until something happens — a conversation, a decision, a Tuesday — and suddenly the words come back to you with a meaning they did not appear to have when you first read them.

The correct way to read your prophecy is slowly. Read each line and pause. Do not ask immediately what it means. Ask instead what it reminds you of. What feeling does it produce? What situation does it brush against? The crystal ball speaks in impressions, not instructions. It is showing you a shape, not a map.

The vague ones are not failures. They are the most honest. "You will cross water" is vague because the ball sees the crossing clearly but cannot see which water — and that part is yours to discover. The prophecy is the beginning of a conversation, not the end of one. Carry it with you for a day or two before you decide it means nothing. In the experience of the wizard's long years of consultation, it almost never means nothing.

And if it truly, genuinely does not apply — consult again. The ball understands. It has seen this before.
